Effective October 23, 2026. These terms apply to Alvernart, operated by Yangzhou Najimeng Trading Co., Ltd.. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to the applicable terms, without limiting rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Using the store

Provide accurate contact and order information. You must have the legal capacity to make a purchase or appropriate permission. Do not misuse the site, interfere with security, infringe others’ rights or use the services unlawfully. Keep account credentials private and contact us about suspected unauthorized use.

Products and illustrations

Read the individual description before ordering. Our AI-generated illustrations show concepts and settings rather than photographs of independently verified stock; background props are not included. They do not confirm unstated materials, dimensions, certifications or performance. Ask us to clarify any physical detail important to your decision. We will address a materially inaccurate description according to applicable law.

Prices, payments and orders

Store prices are in USD. Applicable shipping and taxes collected by the store are shown at checkout before payment. Check the final total and your delivery details. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of a request; we may contact you about missing information, availability or a clear pricing error rather than silently substituting an item or price. If we cannot fulfill an accepted paid order, we will explain and refund the unfulfilled portion as required.

Changes, delivery and returns

Request cancellation or address changes promptly; the available options depend on preparation and dispatch progress. Standard planning combines 5–10 business days for preparation with 10–15 business days of carrier transport after dispatch, for 15–25 business days overall. See the Shipping Policy for fees, tracking and disruption handling. Returns may be requested within 30 days of receipt under the Return Policy. These policies form part of the shopping terms.

Safe and suitable use

Choose accessories appropriate to your pet and supervise as instructed. Inspect items regularly, remove damaged components and follow the actual product’s care guidance. Accessories are not medical treatments or substitutes for veterinary, grooming or behavior advice. No unsupported safety certification or universal suitability is claimed.

Content and third parties

Store branding, original copy and artwork are protected as applicable. Do not copy or exploit them without permission except where law allows. Third-party services such as payment providers, carriers and linked sites may have their own terms. We do not control their independent websites; review their notices before providing information.

Responsibility and mandatory rights

We aim to keep the store accurate and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or a particular outcome from an accessory. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot be excluded by law, including mandatory protections for faulty or misdescribed goods. Any lawful limitations must be read subject to those protections.

Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, with disputes subject to courts having jurisdiction at the company’s location, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. This choice does not deprive consumers of non-waivable protections or forum rights applicable in their place of residence.

Updates

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Changes do not retroactively remove rights already attached to a completed purchase. Contact us if you need a copy of the terms relevant to your order.
