Alvernart ships to the United States. All prices and shipping charges are in USD.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping: $5.99 when the discounted merchandise subtotal is below $50.
- Free standard shipping on a discounted merchandise subtotal of $50 or more.
- Expedited shipping: $7.99, where offered at checkout. Contact us for the available carrier estimate; no guaranteed expedited delivery date is promised.
Preparation and transport are separate

The standard carrier transport window starts after dispatch, not when you place your order. Add preparation and transport together when planning your purchase. These are planning estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Business days mean Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays. Missing order information, holidays, customs reviews, severe weather or carrier disruption may extend the window.
Order confirmation and tracking
Check your confirmation email and contact us promptly if any details are incorrect. When tracking is available after dispatch, we provide the tracking details through your order notification. Carrier scans can take time to appear; a tracking number alone does not confirm delivery.
Address changes and cancellation
Email service@alvernart.com with your order number as soon as possible. Changes and cancellation depend on the order stage and cannot be guaranteed once preparation or dispatch has progressed. We will explain the available options. Please provide a complete, accurate delivery address and any information needed to process the order.
Delayed, damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel is delayed beyond the planning window, marked delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and relevant tracking details. For damage or an incorrect item, keep the packaging and provide photos where possible. We will investigate with the carrier and explain the appropriate resolution according to the circumstances and your legal rights. Do not send items back before receiving return instructions.
Taxes and duties
Any taxes collected by the store are shown at checkout. If an international shipment incurs import charges that are not collected at checkout, local authorities or the carrier may request payment. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification; we do not promise that every shipment is free of import charges.
