An existing order

Include your order number and the email used at checkout. For an address correction or cancellation, contact us promptly; availability depends on how far preparation or dispatch has progressed.

Returns, damage or an incorrect item

Email us within 30 days of receipt to request a return. For damage or an incorrect item, keep the packaging and provide photos if possible. Please wait for return instructions before posting anything. See the Return Policy for eligibility, return costs and refund timing.
