Our original AI-generated illustrations show product concepts and lifestyle settings. They do not establish independently verified physical specifications. Background props are not included.

Shipping and orders

Where do you ship and in what currency?

We currently ship to the United States. Prices and shipping rates are in USD.

What are the shipping costs?

Standard shipping is $5.99 below a $50 discounted merchandise subtotal and free at $50 or more. Expedited shipping is $7.99 where available at checkout; no unconfirmed expedited arrival date is promised.

How long should I plan for standard delivery?

Preparation takes 5–10 business days after order/payment confirmation, subject to needed information. Standard carrier transport takes another 10–15 business days after dispatch. The combined standard planning window is 15–25 business days, not a guaranteed arrival date.

Can I change an address or cancel?

Email us promptly with your order number. Changes depend on order progress and cannot be guaranteed after preparation or dispatch has advanced.

Where is my tracking?

Tracking details are provided through the order notification when available after dispatch. If a scan is delayed or a parcel is missing, contact us so we can investigate.

Returns and support

How do returns work?

Email us within 30 days of receipt and wait for instructions. Buyers pay postage for personal-preference returns; damage or incorrect items are handled according to the circumstances and applicable rights.

When are refunds processed?

We inspect returned items and process approved refunds within 10 business days of receipt, to the original payment method. Bank posting times are additional.
