Return Policy

Contact service@alvernart.com within 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Please obtain instructions before sending an item back.

Return eligibility

For a change-of-mind return, the item should be unused, clean, in its original condition and with packaging and components where available. Include proof of purchase or your order number. If an item cannot be returned for a specific legal or hygiene reason, this must be disclosed before purchase; we do not apply undisclosed blanket exclusions.

How to request a return

1. Email your order number, the item and the reason for your request. For a damaged or incorrect item, include a description and photos where possible.
2. Wait for our reply and return instructions so the parcel can be identified correctly.
3. Pack the item securely and retain proof of shipment. Tracking is recommended because we cannot inspect an item that has not reached us.

For personal-preference or change-of-mind returns, the buyer pays return postage. For damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied items, contact us first; we will review the circumstances and explain the appropriate remedy and shipping arrangements. We do not require you to pay costs that applicable law places on us.

Inspection and refunds

We inspect returns and process approved refunds within 10 business days after receipt. Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit. We will explain any refusal or deduction, subject to applicable law. Original shipping charges are not ordinarily refunded for a change-of-mind return unless required by law or agreed otherwise.

Exchanges and cancellations

Contact us about an exchange; availability and the return outcome determine the options. To cancel or correct an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee a change once preparation or dispatch has progressed. If cancellation is no longer possible, the return process may apply.

Your legal rights

This voluntary policy does not restrict mandatory rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods, or other consumer rights that apply where you live.
